I started my career as a feature writer for the Indian Express (India's equivalent to the Guardian) in 2000. I was there for 3 years till I turned 19 and decided my 20th should start with a step in a different direction. I decided to try in-house PR and spent a year working within the fashion and food sectors.

Following this, I took a Masters in Public Relations and Communication at one of the UK's foremost schools for post-graduate public relations, The University of Westminster.

After completing my Masters, I worked in various sectors, but mainly in the FMCG, Food, and Lifestyle sectors. My client experience to date covers names such as Cadbury, Diageo, Chivas, Dairy Crest, Procter & Gamble and Black & Decker, so I have good experience for consumer, trade and national media.

I'm currently working in a specialist PR agency and working on issues (finally) around Utilities and Technology.
